- 2 mL (Min:1 mL) Serum in Standard Transport Tube. Submit Refrigerated. Submit in a Standard Transport Tube.
Special Handling
- Allow specimen to clot completely at room temperature
- Avoid Repeated Freeze/Thaw Cycles
- Parallel testing is preferred and convalescent specimens must be received within 30 days from receipt of the acute specimens.
