  • One SST

  • One Red Top

Submit

  • 3 mL (Min:1.5 mL) Serum . Submit Refrigerated. Submit in a Standard Transport Tube.

Special Handling

  • Avoid Repeated Freeze/Thaw Cycles
  • If acute and convalescent samples being submitted, label as such. Convalescent sample must be received in lab within 30 days.
  • Separate from cells ASAP
