  • One Lavender (EDTA)

  • One Green Top (Li Heparin)
  • One Green Top (Na Heparin)
  • One Pink Top (EDTA)

Submit

  • 3 mL (Min:0.6 mL) Whole blood . Submit Frozen. Submit in a Standard Transport Tube.

Special Handling

  • Collect in plastic container only.
  • Critical Frozen
  • Separate aliquot required for each frozen test ordered
