- 1.5 mL (Min:1 mL) Serum . Submit Refrigerated. Submit in a Standard Transport Tube.

- Avoid Repeated Freeze/Thaw Cycles

Ovalbumin (f232) - Susceptible to heat denaturation; HIGH RISK of reaction to uncooked egg; LOW RISK of reaction to cooked egg; patient likely to outgrow egg allergy
Ovomucoid (f233) - Resistant to heat denaturation; HIGH RISK of reaction to all forms of egg; patient unlikely to outgrow egg allergy with high levels of specific IgE to ovomucoid
