    Follow manufacturer's guidelines for sample collection.

    Patient's age will determine which add on tests are performed. Patient age: 21-24 will include a GC/CT and a reflex to HPV if Pap is ASCUS; 25-29 will include a reflex to HPV if Pap is ASCUS; 30-65 will include an HPV and a reflex to Genotyping if the HPV is positive. Additional charges will apply.
