Submit
- Two 6 mL (Min:3 mL) Whole blood in Pink Top (EDTA). Submit Refrigerated.

- Three 4 mL (Min:3 mL) Whole blood in Lavender (EDTA). Submit Refrigerated.
Special Handling
- Label specimen with patient's full name and second identifier such as medical record number, DOB or SS#. Include date, time, and phlebotomist's initials. For possible transfusion use Positive Identification Wristband.
