- One Lavender (EDTA)

Submit
- 0.5 mL (Min:0.3 mL) Serum . Submit Refrigerated. Submit in a Standard Transport Tube.
Also Acceptable:
- 0.5 mL (Min:0.3 mL) Plasma . Submit Refrigerated. Submit in a Standard Transport Tube.
Special Handling
- Minimize air exposure
- Separate from cells ASAP
- All repeatedly reactive HIV Antibody results will reflex to test HIV 1/2 Antibody Confirmation (test# 2855). Additional charges will apply.
Due to special analytical handling this test can not be added to previously drawn specimens.
