Specimen:	Collect:	One SST Also Acceptable: One Red Top
	Submit:	1.5 mL (Min:1 mL) Serum . Submit Refrigerated. Submit in a Standard Transport Tube.
	Special Handling:	Separate serum from cells ASAP or within 2 hours of collection If F-Actin IgG result is 20 Units or greater, then Smooth Muscle Antibody IgG Titer will be added. Additional charges apply. Positive ANAs will reflex and report patterns and endpoint titers at no additional charge.
