Specimen:	Collect:	One SST Also Acceptable: One Red Top

	Special Handling:	Separate from cells within 2 hours of collection Mark specimens plainly as "acute" and "convalescent." For IgG or IgM testing, if any Phase I or Phase II screening result is Indeterminate or Positive, then titer(s) will be added. Additional charges apply.
