Interpretive Data:	General Reference Range : <400 D-DU ng/mL A negative D-Dimer test virtually rules out active thrombotic events. (Deep Venous Thrombosis, DIC, Pulmonary Embolus). Positive D-Dimer results cannot rule-in diagnosis of thrombotic events. Thrombotic events should be confirmed by other objective tests.
