	Submit:	1 mL (Min:0.5 mL) Serum . Submit Refrigerated. Submit in a Standard Transport Tube. Also Acceptable: 1 mL (Min:0.5 mL) Plasma . Submit Refrigerated. Submit in a Standard Transport Tube.
