Reference Ranges for tTG IgG and IgA: < 7.0 U/mL Negative 7.0 - 10.0 U/mL Equivocal > 10.0 U/mL Positive Reference Ranges for Gliadin IgG and IgA: < 7.0 U/mL Negative 7.0 - 10.0 U/mL Equivocal - Repeat testing in 4-6 weeks > 10.0 U/mL Positive Biotin in specimens taken from patients on high-dose biotin therapy or supplements may intefere with at least one test in this panel and cause inaccurate test results. It is recommended that for patients receiving therapy with high biotin doses (> 5 mg/day), no laboratory test specimen should be taken until at least 8 hours after the last biotin administration.
