Separate serum from cells within 2 hours of collection.
Specimen must be collected between 15 weeks, 0 days and 22 weeks, 6 days gestation.
Requires previously submitted Maternal Screen #1.
Requires complete gestational information, including CRL.

Hemolyzed specimens
Heparin, EDTA and Citrate plasma
Specimens exposed to repeat freeze/thaw cycles
