40-59 units = Moderate Positive
60 units or greater = Strong Positive
Approximately 70% of patients with rheumatoid arthritis are positive for CCP, IgG; whereas only 2% of random blood donors and disease controls are positive. The diagnostic value or antibodies to CCP in juvenile arthritis patients has not been established.
