  Collect: One 7.5 mL SST  
  Submit: 1 mL (Min:0.5 mL) Serum. Submit Refrigerated. Submit in a Standard Transport Tube.  
  Special Handling: Allow specimen to clot completely at room temperature

If acute and convalescent samples being collected, label as such. Convalescent sample must be received in lab within 30 days.

>1.09 IV: Positive - IgM antibody to Rubella detected which may indicate a current or recent infection or immunization.
