Reference Range: <= 0.90 IV = Negative 0.91-1.09 IV = Equivocal >= 1.10 IV = Positive: Presence of IgM antibody to mumps virus detected and may indicate a current or recent infection. Low levels of IgM antibodies may occassionally persist for more than 12 months post-infection or immunization.
