Reference Range: <0.90 IV - Negative 0.90-1.09 IV - Equivocal. Repeat testing in 10-14 days may be helpful. >1.09 IV - Positive. IgG antibody to HSV detected which may indicate a current or previous HSV infection. Seroconversion between acute and convalescent sera is considered strong evidence of current or recent infection.
