H. Pylori Reference Ranges: Positive = >1.1 U/mL Indeterminate = 0.9 - 1.1 U/mL Negative = <0.9 U/mL The presence of IgG antibody does not differentiate between active or past infection of H. Pylori, however, persistence of antibody indicates active infection.
