Two 10 mL Red Top

Two 4 mL Lavender (EDTA)
Two 4 mL Green Top (Li Heparin)

Submit:

Two 1 mL (Min:0.5 mL) Serum. Submit Refrigerated. Submit in a Standard Transport Tube.

Also Acceptable
Two 1 mL (Min:0.5 mL) Plasma. Submit Refrigerated. Submit in a Standard Transport Tube.

Special Handling:

State Patient's Last Dose
Clearly mark Peak and Trough on specimen being submitted.
PEAK: Draw 30 minutes following completion of infusion or 60 minutes after and intramuscular injection.
TROUGH: Draw 30 minutes before next infusion or intramuscular injection.

Use of separator tubes
