  Submit: Six 10 mL (Min:1 mL) Random Urine in Sterile Specimen Container. Submit Refrigerated.

Seven 0.9 mL (Min:0.5 mL) Serum. Submit Refrigerated. Submit in a Standard Transport Tube. 
  Special Handling: Draw fasting specimen and collect fasting urine, then give 75gm glucola. At 1/2 hour draw "1/2 HR" post sample. At 1 hour draw "1 HR" post sample and collect "1 HR" urine. At 2 hour draw "2 HR" post sample and collect "2 HR" urine. At 3 hour draw "3 HR" post sample and collect "3 HR" urine. At 4 hour draw "4 HR" post sample and collect "4 HR" urine. At 5 hour draw "5 HR post sample and collect "5 HR" urine.
Label tubes "Fasting", "1/2 HR", "1 HR", "2 HR", "3 HR", "4 HR" and "5 HR".
