COMPLIANCE PROGRAM

Interpath Laboratory, in accordance with the Office of the Attorney General's (OIG) guidelines, follows a program to ensure corporate compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations governing the laboratory industry.

This program includes our commitment to non-fraudulent policies in the areas of billing, marketing, and claims processing. Our practices adhere to federal guidelines governing federally funded health care programs.

Our requisition design, requirements for medical necessity (ICD-9 codes) information, employee training and physician/ client education regarding notification of compliance issues, demonstrates our dedication to maintaining the highest standards relative to HCFA requirements.
